The standard personalization is laser cut on a wooden tail (not the copper wind sail I use on my other wind chimes). It comes with your chosen message on one side, "Listen to the wind and know I am near", on the reverse side.
For the other side of the wind sail most people use something like: "In Loving Memory of Martha Washington 1956-2020" See photos.
I can add a paw print to the wind sail instead of the heart for your pet.
